On January 31, 2014 at approximately 6:30 pm, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Officers were dispatched to 12500 Walden Road in reference to a disturbance in progress with weapons. Deputies learned that several people were playing basketball, when two white males arrived and began arguing with the people playing basketball. The complainant advised patrol officers that the two white males left and came back about ten minutes later, brandishing a black handgun and a black shotgun. Patrol Officers were told the argument continued and one of the white males pointed the handgun at them and fired one round in their direction. This suspect then ran to a black Honda Civic that was parked in the drive away. The complainant further stated that the suspect, with the handgun, fired two more times while the other white male discharged the shotgun, from the Honda Civic. The two suspects then fled the scene in the black Honda. Deputies located one fired .40 caliber shell casing at the scene.

Deputies conducted a search of the neighborhoods and where able to locate the black Honda Civic described in the altercation. This vehicle was parked in a driveway in the 3900 block of Knollcrest, Montgomery, Texas. Deputies inspected the outside of the Civic and located one fired shell casing on the hood/vent area of the vehicle. The fired shell casing found on the Honda Civic was the same type of the shell casing found at the shooting scene.

Deputies further learned that Michael Nallie, a w/m lived at this address and matched the description given by the complainant as the white male who fired the handgun.

On February 4, 2014 Detectives contacted the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office and advised them of the above facts. Based on their conversation Detectives obtained a search warrant for the above residence. Detectives then went to this residence and recovered the above listed weapons. Cool only gets you so far…

“A Times Square bloodbath was narrowly avoided because the machine-pistol-toting thug who fired at a cop flipped the gun on its side like a character out of a rap video, causing the weapon to jam after two shots, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

When scam artist Raymond “Ready” Martinez held the MAC-10-style gun parallel to the ground, it caused the ejecting shells to “stovepipe,” or get caught vertically in the chamber, the sources said. The gun is designed to be fired only in a vertical position.”

The cop got off four rounds.
