producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates indicate
that between 8 and 16 inches of rain have fallen during the
afternoon and evening hours. Flash flooding is already occurring.
Water rescues are ongoing across this area.
This is a flash flood emergency. This is a particularly dangerous
situation. Avoid travel in this area if possible.
