DEFENDANT:   Taylor, Shawn / Age 46 / Houston, Texas / County Court 010 / Bond $ 1000

Details: On February 27th, 2016, at approximately 1:55 am Deputy A. Ruiz with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 9000 block of the W. Beltway 8 N.  Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Shawn Taylor, Dep. Ruiz could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Taylor’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Ruiz revealed that Taylor was intoxicated.  Taylor was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On February 24th, 2016, at approximately 9:08 pm Deputy R. Wolsey with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 27200 block of Tomball Parkway. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Derek Johnson, Dep. Wolsey could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Johnson’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Wolsey revealed that Johnson was intoxicated and physically resisted arrest being arrested. Johnson was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Previous Convictions and Resisting Arrest, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On February 25th, 2016, at approximately 3:14 pm Deputy R. Lewis with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 15200 block of Mason Rd. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Cheri Pettit, Dep. Lewis could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Pettit’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Lewis revealed that Pettit was intoxicated and in possession of 0.01 ounces of Marijuana. Pettit was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of Marijuana, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On February 26th, 2016, at approximately 3:24 am Deputy S. Carrillo with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 7900 block of the N. Beltway 8 W. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Mariana Just, Dep. Carrillo could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Just’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Carrillo revealed that Just was intoxicated. Just was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On February 27th, 2016, at approximately 2:51 am Deputy L. Kelley with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 12300 block of Windfern Rd. The defendant/driver, Michael Gallegos, failed to stop and fled from Deputy Kelley. After a short pursuit, Deputy Kelley was able to stop Gallegos. While speaking with Gallegos, Deputy Kelley could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Gallegos’ breath. Further investigation by Deputy Kelley revealed that Gallegos was intoxicated. Gallegos was arrested, charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle and Driving While Intoxicated and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On February 27th, 2016 at approximately 7:36 am Deputy J. McCants with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 9800 block of Fallbrook Dr. Upon Dep. McCants making contact with the driver/defendant, Dorothy Perry, Dep. McCants observed a clear plastic baggy with a white powdery substance from the interior of the vehicle. Further investigation by Dep. McCants revealed that Perry was in possession of 0.1 grams of Cocaine. Perry was arrested, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On February 27st, 2016, at approximately 3:49 pm Deputy C. Sanville with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 11300 block of Huffmeister Rd. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Richard Samuels, Dep. Sanville could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Samuels breath. Further investigation by Dep. Sanville revealed that Samuels was intoxicated. Samuels was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

Details: On February 28st, 2016, at approximately 1:50 am Deputy L. Paige with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of the N. Sam Houston Parkway W @ Ella Blvd. Upon making contact with the driver/defendant, Joshua Brown, Dep. Paige could smell a strong odor of alcohol emitting from Brown’s breath. Further investigation by Dep. Paige revealed that Brown was intoxicated. Brown was arrested, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and booked into the Harris County Jail.

DEFENDANT:   Morales, Steven / Age 28 / Houston, Texas / County Court 013 / Bond $ 3000  

Details: On February 28th, 2016 at approximately 3:17 am Deputy L. Paige with Precinct Four Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 100 block of Airtex Dr in reference to a suspicious vehicle.   Upon Deputy Paige’s arrival, Deputy Paige made contact with defendant Steven Morales.  Further investigation by Deputy Paige revealed that Morales was in possession of a firearm.  Morales was arrested, charged with Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon (Firearm), and booked into the Harris County Jail.
