District 1 – Lt. Jim Fleming (North County)

On April 25, Deputy C. Santoro was sent to an assault in progress in the 12700 block of Hwy 105E. A female was found lying in a grass field adjacent to a business. The female was found to be in possession of marijuana and through a check was also found to have two warrants. The 29 year old female from Willis was arrested at 12:30am and transported to jail. Also arrested was her boyfriend, a 30 year old male from Humble for assault.

On April 25, Deputy K. Christiansen was notified of a family violence assault in the 13600 block of FM 1314. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he and his brother got into a fight over a video game and his brother ended up choking him, leaving marks on his neck. The 21 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:54am and transported to jail.

On April 25, Deputy J. Bourne was dispatched to California Ave in reference to a family violence. The Deputy met with two female complainants, one being the wife and the other being the daughter of the male suspect. A verbal argument had taken place with the male striking his wife with a cane. He had tried to do the same to the daughter but she wrestled him to the ground. The daughter had tried to call 9-1-1 at the time and the male prevented it. The 68 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 6:39pm, charged with two counts of assault and interference with an emergency phone call and taken to jail.

A 25 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 7:26pm, April 25, at a residence on Stidham Road by Deputy K. Christiansen for a harassment warrant out of Montgomery County. The female was transported to jail.

A 20 year old male from Willis was arrested at 3:20pm, April 26, in the 12000 block of Canal by Deputies M. Hardin and J. Kader for a burglary of a habitation warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputies had received information on the male’s location. The male was transported to jail.

On April 26, Deputies K. Christiansen and S. Degner were sent to a shop lifting call at the corner of Hwy 105E and Crockett Martin. While out on the scene the Deputies received information that the female suspect in the theft was also a suspect in a copper theft. Two other suspects were identified along with the female. All three suspects, two females, ages 43 and 44, and a 48 year old male, all from Conroe, were arrested at 8:30pm for the copper theft which. All were taken to jail.

On April 27, Deputy K. Christiansen was dispatched to the 16200 block of FM 2090 in reference to a family violence assault. The Deputy met with a male complainant who advised he had attempted to stop a fight between his son and the mother. The suspect male grabbed his father by the arms and took him down to the floor causing bruises and cuts to the elder male. The 31 year old male suspect from Conroe was arrested at 6:26pm, charged with family violence assault and taken to jail.

A 37 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 6:25pm, April 28, in the 2700 block of N Walker Road by Deputy M. Abdelbaky for two warrants for violation of two protective orders out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance call. The male was taken to jail.

On April 28, Deputy J. Bourne was sent to North Walker Road in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy was meeting with a male involved in the disturbance in the 2500 block of N Walker Road when an intoxicated male suspect came over and began speaking very loudly and aggressively to the Deputies and citizens on scene. The 64 year old male from Cleveland was arrested at 6:32pm, charged with public intoxication and taken to jail.

A 41 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 12:36am, April 30, in the 500 block of Bull Run Court by Deputy K. Berger for a blue warrant out of TDCJ. The Deputy was investigating a welfare concern. The male was taken to jail.

On April 30, Deputy K. Berger, while investigating a motor vehicle accident in the 13400 block of FM 1485, observed a male drive up to the location and approach the scene. The male advised he was there because the persons involved in the accident had called him. It was at this time the Deputy observed the male to be intoxicated. The 23 year old male from Spring was arrested at 5:48am, charged with DWI and transported to jail.

A 24 year old female from Willis was arrested at 3:08pm, April 30, in the 13900 block of Anchor Street by Deputies M. Hardin and J. Kader for possession of a controlled substance warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputies had been received prior information on the female’s location. The female was taken to jail.

A 35 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 7:44pm, April 30, in the 12200 block of Oak Leaf Road by Deputy J. Bourne for a theft by check warrant out of Liberty County. The Deputy was investigating an animal call. The female was taken to jail.

A 39 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 3:21am, May 1, in the 15400 block of Dewberry Lane by Deputy S. Squier for a DWI warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. The female was transported to jail.

On May 1, Deputy C. Santoro was sent to the area of Moorehead Road and Exxon Road in reference to a male staggering down the road. The male was located and found to be intoxicated. The 32 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 3:46am and taken to jail.

District 2 – Lt. Brady Fitzgerald (South County)

On April 27, 2011, Deputy Underwood was dispatched to a Suspicious Person call at 25355 Budde Road. Witnesses observed two suspects attempt to break into one of the buildings on the premises. The suspects were located and detained during the investigation. At the conclusion of the investigation, Deputy Underwood arrested a 22-year-old male from Humble for Burglary of a Building and a 37-year-old male from Cypress for Burglary of a Building and seven Pct. 4 warrants. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On April 30, 2011, Deputy Schutzenhofer and Deputy Knight responded to a Theft call at 25186 Interstate 45. The complainant stated that her cell phone had been stolen. While speaking with other employees on location, Deputy Schutzenhofer learned that the suspect had fled out the back of the restaurant. The Deputies were able to detain the suspect, 20-year-old male from Spring. The suspect was found to have two iPhones in his possession. The one was positively identified and returned to the owner. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Theft.

Public Intoxication Arrests:

5/1 – Deputy Wilkerson and Deputy Henson arrested a 24 year old male from Spring for Public Intoxication at 25650 Interstate 45 North after responding to a Disturbance in Progress.

DWLI/DWLS Arrests:

4/26 – Deputy Russell arrested a 51 year old male from Conroe for Driving While License Invalid and no insurance after a traffic stop on IH-45 Southbound at SH 242.

District 3 – Lt. Darrel Conn (East County)

On 4/20/11 Deputy Durrenberger was dispatched to a residence on S. Rayburn where a male had been mixing alcohol and prescribed medications. Upon arrival the male became agitated and tried to gain access to the back of the patrol car by beating on it with his hands and fists. Deputy Durrenberger tried to restrain the male and handcuff him when the suspect struck Deputy Durrenberger. The male was transported to jail where he was charged with Assault on a Peace Officer.

On 4/20/11 Deputy Holden was dispatched to a Trespasser in Progress at FM 1485/Firetower Road. Upon identifying one of the males it was learned he had 5 warrants through Precinct 4 Constables office. The warrants were confirmed and he was transported to jail without incident.

On 4/21/11 Deputy Holden was dispatched to the 19800 block of Espinosa for a Trespasser. A male on location was found to have 2 open warrants through Precinct 4 Constables Office. The warrants were confirmed and he was transported to East County jail and released to the jail staff.

On 4/22/11 Deputy Walker was dispatched to a Suspicious Person call at FM 1314/Sorters Road. After learning the suspect’s identity it was discovered he had 2 open warrants for his arrest through Precinct 4 Constables office. The warrants were confirmed and he was transported to jail.

On 4/22/11 Deputy Logan conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Loop 494/Keith Drive. Upon identifying the female driver she was found to have 3 open warrants for her arrest through Montgomery County. The female was allowed call her husband to come pick up the car. When he arrived he was found to have an open warrant for his arrest. Both subjects were transported to jail without further incident.

On 4/23/11 Deputy Dunn was dispatched to the Porter Wal-Mart for a Trespasser in Progress call. Upon arrival Deputy Dunn learned from Loss Prevention associates that a female who had previously been issued a Criminal Trespass Warning was back in the store. The female was located inside the store and it was also learned she had concealed several shirts as well. The female was arrested, charged with Theft and Criminal Trespass and transported to jail in Conroe.

On 4/25/11 Corporal LeBeau was dispatched to Dunn Street for a Disturbance in Progress. It was discovered an intoxicated male had an argument with his wife and slapped her in the face. The male was arrested.

District 4 – Lt. David Park (West County)

On May 1st Deputy Corley conducted a traffic stop on a white pick-up on Buette and FM 1774. A small plastic wrapper containing marijuana was found on the 18 year old male subject who was the passenger in the truck. Drug paraphernalia was located on the front seat between the driver and passenger area. The Driver was issued a citation for the Drug Paraphernalia and the passenger was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the South County Jail.

On April 28th Deputy McKee and Sergeant Swank were dispatched to a Burglary of Habitation on Inverness Drive. A witness that called 911 had seen approximately several Hispanic males burglarizing the home. The witness saw the suspects leave in Silver Ford Mustang. The suspect vehicle was found and the vehicle was stopped. Inside the vehicle were two Sanyo flat screen TV’s, a Sony digital camera, several cell phones, DVD’s and other electronic items. The suspects were taken into custody and charged with Burglary of a Habitation.

On April 27th Deputy Tavarez was dispatched to Sweetwater in Magnolia in reference to the report of a kidnapping. The alleged victim’s father told deputies that he had received a call from his son’s girlfriend who told him his son had been kidnapped. Deputies found the alleged victim behind a nearby convenience store. The alleged victim admitted that he had made up the story to scare his girlfriend. The male was taken into custody and charged with making a False Report.

On April 25th Deputy Herman and Deputy Irvine were dispatched to Pine Bark Lane in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival the Deputies made contact with a 38 year old female. Dispatch advised the female subject had an open warrant for Forgery out of Harris County. The Warrant was confirmed and the subject was placed into custody and transported to female booking in Conroe.

On April 22nd Deputy Suarez made contact with a 51 year old male subject at the MCSO Patrol Office in Magnolia. The subject advised he thought he had open warrants, but did not know which agency. It was discovered the subject had two open warrants through the City of Oak Ridge North for Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device and Violation of Promise to Appear. The Warrants were confirmed and the subject was placed into custody and transported to the South County Jail.

District 5 – Lt. Gary Welch (Northwest County)

April 26th Deputy Jackson was dispatched to the 11300 block of Grand Harbor Blvd. in regards to several males trespassing on private property. Upon arrival three juvenile males were located and detained. During the investigation it was discovered that all subjects were in possession of marijuana. All subjects were arrested for Possession of Marijuana with charges being referred to the Juvenile Court system for prosecution.

April 27th Deputy Davis was on patrol in the 20900 block of SH 105 W. when he observed a vehicle driving in an erratic manner in an adjacent parking lot. Upon stopping the vehicle and making contact with the male driver it was learned that the subject had an outstanding warrant for Driving While intoxicated from another county. The subject was arrested on the warrant and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

April 28th Deputy Pugh responded to the 2900 block of Chaucer for the report of a noise Disturbance. Upon arrival it was discovered that the noise from coming from a nearby wooded area where several male individuals were engaged in drinking activities. It was learned that all of the individuals on location were below the legal age limit to consume alcohol. Several subjects were issued citations and released to adult guardians while several others were found to be intoxicated and arrested for Public Intoxication. These subjects were placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

April 30th Deputy Fluellen conducted a Traffic Stop on a vehicle in the 3400 block of Madeley Rd. for defective lights. Upon making contact with the female driver it was suspicioned that the driver may be intoxicated. After conducting several standard field sobriety test the driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

May 1st Sgt. Spiller responded to the 10100 block of Dogwood Loop in regards to a Disturbance. It was learned that a mother and her adult son had been involved in a verbal altercation. During the investigation the male was found to be on possession of a controlled substance and marijuana. The male subject was arrested on these charges and placed into the Montgomery County Jail.

District 6 – Lt. David Dottei (Woodlands)

On April 23, 2011, Deputy Uber was dispatched to a residence on Capewood Court in reference to a Narcotics Offense. Dispatch had received an anonymous call about a group of males smoking marijuana. Deputy Uber observed one of three males on scene attempt to hide a cigarette as he approached them. The cigarette contained what appeared to be synthetic marijuana. This was taken and placed into evidence for testing. A search of the other two subjects found one of them to be in possession of marijuana. This suspect, 23-year-old male from Spring, was placed in custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Possession of Marijuana.

On April 25, 2011, Deputy Frantz responded to a call from Dispatch regarding a suspicious vehicle on Spring Creek Drive. Deputy Frantz located the driver of the vehicle approximately 20 yards away on a pathway. The suspect, 22-year-old male from Magnolia, had marijuana and other drug paraphernalia with him. The suspect was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On April 28, 2011, Deputy Miller, Corporal Almendarez, and Corporal Byer arrived at a residence on Fairmead Court in reference to a Felony Warrant service. Corporal Almendarez knocked on the front door and an unknown subject peered through the blinds. Moments later the suspect, 20-year-old male from The Woodlands, was observed jumping over the back fence. A short time later he was apprehended. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail for the original felony warrant and received an additional charge of Evading.

Public Intoxication Arrests:

4/30 – Deputy Conklin arrested a 25-year-old male from Conroe for Public Intoxication at 1201 Lake Woodlands.

5/1 – Deputy Lisalde arrested a 23-year-old female from Spring for Public Intoxication at 2303 Timberloch Place.

5/1 – Deputy Lisalde arrested a 19-year-old female from Conroe for Public Intoxication at 2303 Timberloch Place.

DWLI/DWLS Arrests:

4/30 – Deputy McCoy arrested a 30-year-old female from Conroe for Driving While License Invalid and no insurance after a traffic stop on Ray Bay Circle.

4/23 – Deputy Rizk arrested a 26-year-old male from Tomball for Driving While License Suspended after a traffic stop at 1335 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect also received citations for No Registration, No Insurance, and No Driver’s License.

Driving While Intoxicated Arrests:

4/27 – Deputy Prince arrested a 23-year-old male from The Woodlands after responding to a Welfare Check at 1550 College Park Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Prince observed the suspect to be in the exit portion of the Whataburger Drive Thru, with the vehicle running and his foot on the brake. The suspect appeared to be unconscious and Deputy Prince had to knock on the window to gain his attention. The suspect had the smell of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person, blood-shot glassy eyes and was unsteady on his feet upon exiting his vehicle. At the conclusion of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the suspect was determined to be intoxicated, and subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (3rd or more) and was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

4/29 – Deputy Prince arrested a 57-year-old female from Houston for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect made contact with Deputy Prince at the intersection of Six Pines and Lake Woodlands, when she asked for directions to the mall where she was to meet a friend. Deputy Prince followed the suspect to the mall to help her locate her friend. After the suspect parked her vehicle, Deputy Prince walked up to get more information from her. That is when he noticed she was exhibiting slurred speech and red glassy blood shot eyes and a moderate smell of an alcoholic beverage. After conducting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Deputy Prince concluded that the suspect was intoxicated and she was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Her vehicle was release to the friend once he was located.
