On Saturday, February 1, 2014, at approximately 9:00 AM, Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 11900 block of Robin Lane, in reference to an assault past.

A complainant advised that she was jogging in the area of the dispatched location. The complainant advised that as she was jogging, listening to an iPod, she felt someone grab her by her pony tail and strike her on her face. The complainant advised that she was then forced down onto the ground, face down, while someone got on top of her. The complainant reported she fought back, was able to roll over onto her back, and fight the attacker. The complainant was able to break free and get away. The complainant was transported to a local hospital and treated for her injuries.

The actor is described as a dark colored male, approximately 6’0”, 230 pounds, short hair, and appeared to have a tattoo or dark marking on the left side of his neck. At the time of the assault, the actor was reportedly wearing a blue shirt with, “New York”, on it, and black sweat pants. Reportedly the actor had an earring in his right ear.
