WOODLANDS ATTEMPTED ABDUCTION

On Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at approximately 9:00 AM, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division were dispatched to a suspicious person call on Black Cherry Court, in the Woodlands, Texas.

Upon Deputies arrival, it was reported that at approximately 8:25 AM, a juvenile female had proceeded out of her residence to retrieve an item from a vehicle parked in the driveway. As the juvenile female was walking in the driveway, a vehicle pulled in front of the driveway. Reportedly a male cracked open the driver side door and asked the juvenile female where the nearest gas station was. The juvenile female advised the male of a gas station just outside of the neighborhood. Reportedly the male driver stated he wanted to thank her, exited the vehicle, and motioned for her to proceed to the rear of the vehicle, stating he had a thank you present for her. The juvenile female reported that she noticed an adult female in the passenger seat that was utilizing the vanity mirror. The juvenile female reported that she politely told the male no and proceeded to walk away. The juvenile female felt a hand grabbing her shoulder. She heard the male state for the girl to come with him, when she broke free and ran into the residence. The juvenile female told her mother what had occurred, who called to report the incident.

Several units converged on the area but were unable to locate the suspect vehicle. The case is currently under investigation.

Descriptions of the suspect is a white male approximately 30 years old and bald. He was described as having a skinny build and light complexion. At the time of the incident, he was reportedly wearing a light blue collared shirt with white buttons and khaki shorts. The female passenger inside the vehicle was described as a white female, heavy build, with brown medium length straight hair. The female was reportedly wearing sun glasses. The suspect vehicle was described as a black Honda or Acura Sports Utility or Crossover vehicle. Reportedly the vehicle had tinted windows and possibly a green, “One Hundred Club”, sticker on the back window.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information in reference to the call or witnessing similar suspicious activity to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Communications Division at (936)-760-5800.
