Joe Craig with the Conroe Fire Department is a representative of the 100 Club of Houston for Montgomery County. His son represents Grimes County. Every year awards are given out to outstanding firefighters in addition to police officers.
A problem has developed this year for both Montgomery and Grimes County. That problem is there have been no nominations of these hard working firefighters. They are looking for nominations of firefighters who have gone above and beyond the call of duty. This includes rescues, assists, even delivering a child.
