3 VEHICLE CRASH ON CLOSES SH 105 FOR CLOSE TO AN HOUR

At 11:40 Sunday morning, a female driver with a male front seat passenger and 2 children in car seats in the rear of a Toyota was traveling west on SH 105. She stopped with her signal on to turn left into the Security Flea Market. As she waited for the two eastbound lanes to clear to enable her to make her turn, a Ford F-250 with which was westbound also on SH 105 slammed into the rear of the Toyota van. The van rotated and was pushed into oncoming traffic where it was struck by a Chevrolet Canyon pickup with three persons in it. The driver and two occupants who were not wearing seatbelts in the F-250 were transported to the hospital. Four people in the van were transported as were three from the Chevrolet pickup. SH 105 was closed for close to an hour as North Montgomery County Fire assisted MCHD in loading patients. DPS is investigating the crash.
