MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- A local fifth grader, whose mom died tragically last year, has suffered another loss. The little girl, who attends Bens Branch Elementary received a charm bracelet from her mom shortly before the mom died. The girl, understandably, wore the bracelet faithfully to feel closer to her late mother. Unfortunately, the bracelet came off while she was at school, and the child didn’t realize it immediately. Now she’s devastated. She, and others, retraced her steps, but someone had picked up the bracelet. The heartbroken child had to go home not knowing if she’d ever see it again.

Crystal Lopez is offering a $500 reward for the return of the bracelet, with no questions asked, because it means so much to the little girl. It can be returned to the school office or to Lonestar Townhomes, where Crystal works.

MCPR joins Crystal in hoping and praying someone will do the right thing. The little girl has already lost so much.
