HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On November 2, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 14175 block of Cypress North Houston Road in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with both the complainant and the suspect, identified as 24-year-old Jazmine Bell. During the incident, Bell reportedly became extremely agitated and began damaging the complainant’s vehicle.
“Jazmine Bell was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Mischief. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court 7,” Constable Mark Herman said.
