HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Early Wednesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to a disturbance in the 3200 block of Stoneydale Lane in Spring. Deputies arrived and detained suspect Analillie Moscoso. Their investigation revealed 23-year-old Moscoso allegedly assaulted an elderly member of the household, punching them in the face and causing pain.
“Analillie Moscoso was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Injury to an Elderly Person. She is awaiting bond out of the 184th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
