HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in-progress at the McDonald’s in the 8400 block of FM 1960 Bypass Road Upon arrival, Deputies detained suspect 39-year-old Ardelphus Saunders. Witnesses said Saunders threw a milkshake at a McDonald’s employee, thereby committing assault.
“Ardelphus Saunders was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 16,” Constable Mark Herman said.
