HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On June 29, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance at Bombshells in the 24600 block of the Tomball Parkway. Upon arrival, the Deputies’ investigation revealed a male patron was believed to be extremely intoxicated and was attempting to drive away.
Deputies found the man, identified as Isaak Hall, who allegedly displayed multiple signs of intoxication. He became combative, and refused all verbal commands given to him by Deputies. He also allegedly threatened the Deputies as they detained him.
“Isaak Hall was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Retaliation. His bond was set at $2,000 out of the 183rd District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
