Accused of Being a Tool at Home Depot

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On October 14, Shenandoah Police responded to a theft-in-progress at the Home Depot store. The suspect, Alton Luvine, allegedly loaded up a cart with merchandise and tried to leave without paying. Luvine was stopped by a store employee and allegedly threatened them with violence. As a result, his theft charge was upgraded to robbery.

Shenandoah Police arrested Luvine and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.

Alton Junior Luvine, 60, of Spring is charged with second-degree felony Robbery. His bond is set at $50,000.
