SPLENDORA, TX- Around 3 a.m., Splendora Police Department’s DWI Task Force clocked a driver at 58 mph in a 30-mph zone. The Officer initiated a traffic stop at FM 2090 and Cox Street. During a roadside investigation, the Officer determined the driver, Daniel Aguilar, was intoxicated. The Officer arrested Aguilar and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.
Daniel Aguilar, 25, of New Caney is charged with class B misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated. No bond was set as of this posting.
