HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Monday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office returned a $500 electric scooter to the rightful owner, after tracking down the suspected thieves. A week earlier, Deputies responded to a theft report in the 19000 block of Hubbard Creek Court where residents said they ordered food delivered by Door Dash and believed the driver was involved in the theft. The delivery driver was captured on security video leaving the food as requested, but then driving past the residence multiple times before a passenger exited the vehicle and snatched the scooter.

 Deputies arrested the Door Dash driver and his alleged scooter snatcher passenger and returned the scooter. Booking information was not provided as of this post.
