HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On June 5, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 17400 block of the North Freeway. The driver was identified as Kevin Ortiz, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
A series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered, and it was determined that he was intoxicated.
“Kevin Ortiz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 2,” Constable Mark Herman said.
