Accused of Drunken Pickle McRage

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On October 8, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the McDonald’s located in the 100 block of E. Richey Road in reference to a disturbance involving an intoxicated male who became aggressive with employees after complaining about not having enough pickles on his burger.

Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the suspect, who refused to leave the property and ignored multiple verbal commands. While attempting to detain him, the suspect became combative and physically resisted.

A deputy deployed his department-issued Taser, and with the assistance of additional deputies, the suspect was safely taken into custody. He was identified as Tyrone Lewis, a convicted felon.

Tyrone Lewis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Trespass. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 01,” said Constable Mark Herman.
