HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Thursday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a store in the 20100 block of I-45 in reference to a shoplifter. Deputies detained the suspect and identified her as 26-year-old Julia Medina-Cruz. Deputies investigated and determined she allegedly stole over $100 worth of merchandise.
“Julia Medina-Cruz was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft. Her bond was set at $100 out of County Court 12,” Constable Mark Herman said.
