HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On Thursday, a deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 17800 block of Woodland Hills Drive. The driver was identified as Erik Serrano, a convicted felon.
During the course of the traffic stop, deputies learned the vehicle had been reported stolen to the Humble Police Department earlier that morning.
Further investigation revealed Serrano was in possession of multiple credit cards and mail that did not belong to him.
“Erik Serrano was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $7,500 out of the 262nd District Court. Additional charges are pending after further investigation,” Constable Mark Herman said.
