On Wednesday Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance call at Houston Premium Outlets, in the 29300 Hwy 290 where a male suspect was said to be causing problems inside one of the stores.
Deputies arrived to find the suspect had already fled on foot. Deputies investigated, and found the suspect, allegedly causing yet another disturbance in the parking lot. He had allegedly physically assaulted a shopper for no apparent reason, causing pain and visible injury.
The suspect, 19-year-old Hunter Reuss, was found to have an open Felony Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance, in addition to the reasons the Deputies responded.
“Hunter Reuss was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 16.” Constable Mark Herman
