HARRIS COUNTY, TX- In the early hours of Thursday, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a bar located in the 20100 block of Holzwarth Road in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, the suspect was found partially nude, and was identified as James Ward.
The complainant said that the suspect was completely naked inside his vehicle, covered in his own feces, and made a direct threat. He said Ward told him that he would use physical force and complete a “sexual act” on him if the victim did not comply with Ward’s demands.
“James Ward was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Terroristic Threat. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 8,” Constable Mark Herman said.
