Accused of Pizza with a Side of Road Rage

Delivery Driver Jailed on Felony Charges After Allegedly Firing a Gun at Another Motorist

HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On May 9, 2023, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 25600 block of Aldine Westfield Road in reference to a road rage. Upon arriving, the victim stated a suspect driving a Domino’s Pizza delivery vehicle discharged a firearm towards him and his vehicle after the road rage incident.

The victim provided deputies a picture of the suspect vehicle and responding deputies were able to locate it at the nearby Domino’s Pizza and conducted a traffic stop. He was detained and identified as Louis Hernandez and was found to be in possession a firearm.

“Louis Hernandez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. His bond has not been set but the case is assigned to the 482nd District Court,” Constable Herman said.
