HARRIS COUNTY, TX — On June 14, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a convicted felon after responding to a welfare check in the 5400 block of Cobble Lane. Deputies arrived at the scene and found a male they say was passed out on the roadway. After waking him, they identified him as 38-year-old Roy Davis, a convicted felon. During the investigation, deputies allegedly discovered Davis was in possession of methamphetamine.
“Roy Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $6,500 out of the 180th District Court,” stated Constable Mark Herman.
