SPRING, TX— A man was arrested Saturday after allegedly stalking and filming a woman at her home on multiple occasions, according to the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.
Deputies responded to a suspicious person call at a residence in the 23100 block of Sandpiper Trail, where they detained the suspect, identified as Richard Torres Rodriguez.
An investigation allegedly showed Rodriguez had been repeatedly caught looking through the windows of the home and recording video of the female victim. The woman told Deputies the harassment had been ongoing and that she believed she was being stalked.
Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on a charge of stalking. His bond was set at $25,000 by the 209th District Court.
“This type of behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated,” Constable Mark Herman said in a statement.
