MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- A welfare check in the Imperial Oaks subdivision led to multiple arrests after deputies uncovered allegations of threats involving a deadly weapon, according to Pct. 3 Constable Ryan Gable’s Office.
On January 20, 2026, deputies with Precinct 3 were dispatched to a residence in Imperial Oaks to conduct a welfare check on three children, all under the age of 14. Upon arrival, deputies gathered statements and received credible information indicating that a 34-year-old woman, identified as Princess Irish Hudson, was allegedly holding a knife and verbally threatening the lives of the children.
The investigation was subsequently taken over by Constable Gable’s Safe Harbor detectives, who conducted follow-up interviews and collected additional evidence. Investigators determined there was sufficient cause to file charges against Hudson.
Detectives filed two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a second-degree felony, against Hudson. She was later arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she is currently being held without bond.
During Hudson’s arrest, another adult female at the scene, identified as Keisha Alexus Hudson, reportedly became confrontational with deputies and interfered with the ongoing investigation. Authorities said she was taken into custody and charged with Interfering with a Public Servant’s Duty, a Class B misdemeanor, and Resisting Arrest, a Class A misdemeanor. She was also transported to the Montgomery County Jail for processing.
Officials further reported that while being transported in a patrol vehicle, Keisha Hudson allegedly became violent and caused damage to the patrol car door by repeatedly kicking it.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
