On 8/30/14, at approximately 5:03 pm, Conroe Police were dispatched to a disturbance with weapons at 229 N. IH 45. Upon arrival, Officers located the suspect, who willingly surrendered to police. Officers learned that the suspect and victim became involved in a verbal disagreement. The suspect then displayed a knife and cut the victim several times. The victim was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect, identified as 60 year old Randy Bangs, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
