Early this morning on July 12, 2010, there was a robbery reported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. After a second robbery in the same area two suspects were captured after a vehicle pursuit and two people were arrested.
This morning around 5:45 AM the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of an aggravated robbery at the Corner Store located in the 13900 blk. of FM 1314. When deputies arrived they found that two masked suspects had entered the store demanding money and the store employees’ wallets. One suspect was armed with a handgun and they both fled in a gray four door vehicle south on FM 1314.
As deputies were converging into the area and initiating an investigation another robbery was reported, this one at the Exxon Gas Station in the 16900 blk. of Fm 1314 with similar descriptions and actions by the suspects. Responding deputies found the suspect vehicle traveling east on SH 242 and after a brief car chase two suspects were arrested. Evidence from both robberies was found in the vehicle along with the handgun. Both suspects have been charged with four counts of aggravated robbery and evading. Two counts for the two stores and two counts for the robbery of the two store employees.
Investigators with the Montgomery County Major Crimes Section were called to the scene and will continue the investigation.

Arrested 2: Onesimo Aguilera III DOB 08-18-1991
Both suspects are believed to live off of Crockett Martin Drive in Montgomery County.
