On 9-25-14, Conroe Police Detectives were able to obtain information regarding the whereabouts of the final suspect in the aggravated robbery of the Exxon station at 18830 Hwy 105 on 9-17-14. The suspect, Preston Ashley, 19, was located in Bedias, Tx. and taken into custody by the Montgomery Co. Sheriff’s Office S.W.A.T. Ashley is being booked into the Montgomery County Jail on $50,000 bond. Ashley is the fourth and final suspect arrested in the case. The third suspect, a 14 year old female, was arrested by Conroe Police Detectives yesterday.

Aggravated Robbery Suspects Arrested/Wanted
On 9-17-14, at approximately 4:10 am, Conroe Police were dispatched to the Exxon station at 18830 Hwy 105 W., in response to an aggravated robbery. Two male suspects entered the store with long guns and demanded money from the clerk. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspects ran from the location. The suspects were wearing scarfs/bandanas to cover their faces. Conroe Police Investigators arrested one suspect, Travis Earl Walker, 21, on 9-23-14. A second suspect, who was the driver and did not enter the store, was arrested on 9-24-14. That suspect was identified as 19 year old Lacy Williams. An arrest warrant has been issued for the third suspect, Preston Ashley, 19 years old.
