BATY
On December 4th Deputy Jones was dispatched to the 37000 block of Hickory Ridge in reference to a Noise Disturbance. Upon arrival the Deputy located a 58 year old male in his driveway with his vehicle running playing very loud music. The male was having a hard time standing and immediately began to cuss and scream when asked to turn down his music. Due to his level of intoxication and refusing to go back into his home he was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.

*On December 5th Deputy Lowery was dispatched to the Mansions on the Park apartment complex for an Assault Family Violence. Upon arrival the Deputy made contact with the Complainant who advised the 27 year old male that lives with her had thrown random objects at her and then assaulted her. The male was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence.
*On December 1st Deputies Wilson, St John and Brummett were dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress call on Hall Drive South. A 27 year old male on scene was acting very aggressive. As the Deputies approached the scene they observed the male walking down the street and detained him. After interviewing the witnesses, they discovered the male had been threatening to burn down all the houses on the property. The male was taken into custody for Terroristic Threat and warrants.
