An Amber Alert has been issued for 11-month-old Jamar Ross of Tyler Texas, who was supposed to be in CPS custody but is instead missing with his mother, 26-year-old Tarhondia Jackson.
They were last seen on Friday, July 14.
Anyone with information should contact local law enforcement or the Tyler, Texas Police Department where the case originated.
