Another Precinct 4 Rowdy Roundup!

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On the evening of February 7, Mounted Patrol Deputies from Pct. 4 Constable Kenneth “Rowdy” Hayden’s Office were the first responders to a call regarding suspicious people at the Valley Ranch Academy in New Caney. They arrived ti find what appeared to be an extremely intoxicated man and woman.

The man, 32-year-old Trevor Allen Gernon, was detained on a “Blue Warrant” related a Harris County “dangerous drugs” charge, meaning he violated the terms of his parole. Gernon allegedly said his level of intoxication was due to heroin, methamphetamine, and Xanax. Accompanying him was 26-year-old Dana Nicole Foe from Spring, who was also allegedly found to be impaired.

A search by Pct. 4 Deputy K9 “Joker” led to the discovery of a methamphetamine stash in a modified bottle inside Gernon’s vehicle. Further investigation uncovered heroin, Xanax, drug paraphernalia, multiple Texas Driver’s Licenses, credit cards, and checks. None of them belonged to Gernon. He now faces charges including the Pardon and Parole warrant, plus Possession of Controlled Substance(s), and multiple counts of Possession of Identifying Information.

The investigation extended to Foe’s vehicle, where Deputy K9 “Joker” once again alerted, resulting in Deputies locating Xanax and cocaine. Foe has been charged with two counts of felony possession of controlled substances.

As the Pct. 4 Criminal Investigation Division continues working to reach the victims of the stolen identities, further charges are anticipated.
