Upon C.P.D. officer’s arrival they learned that a black male entered the store and walked around until all customers cleared the front check-out area. The subject then walked up to the front cashier counter and requested to make a purchase of cigarettes. The clerk asked for the subjects ID, and the subject failed to display his Id.
