ARREST MADE IN ANIMAL CRUELTY CASE

UPDATE: An arrest has been made in the Cut and Shoot Animal Cruelty case that is being investigated by Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constables Office Animal Cruelty Unit. Sunday night Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alexandria Bravo, 26, of 13343 Chasewood Ct. in Conroe for two Montgomery County Precinct 1 warrants relating to traffic offenses of running a red light and having no driver’s license. Montgomery County Precinct 2 then secured the warrant from the Montgomery County District Attorney on the Animal Cruelty charge. She has since bonded out on a $3000.00 bond.

Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constables Animal Cruelty Unit was alerted by a neighbor in Cut and Shoot of a home with dog carcasses in cages. On Tuesday afternoon a search warrant was executed by Constables. After searching the property they collected evidence of which is believed to be skeletal remains of dogs. A neighbor went to contact the resident over the weekend after a dog got loose from the home. That was when she discovered the cages in the front yard with dog remains. She also stated there were cages in the garage which were stacked and one dog had gotten on top of the cages and scratched a hole through the roof and was on the roof. The resident was not home but investigators are looking for her for questioning.
