ARREST MADE IN LAST WEEKEND LONESTAR RANCH SHOOTING

Walker Leelynn Milo,21, of Ravensworth Road in Conroe, was arrested Wednesday by Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at Conroe Medical Center where he had been since the shooting in Lone Star Ranch robbery last weekend. According to court documents on January 11, 2019, at approximately 10:24 pm Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call regarding a shooting in the 16500 block of Leafy Meadow. Witnesses told Detectives several persons were in the home when two black males entered the home. The victim who had been in the living room was confronted by the black males who produced a handgun. The victim was able to retrieve his handgun at which time one black male fired a pistol hitting the victim in the back. The victim returned fire striking at least one of the two males. Walker Milo then left and called a friend to pick him up he told detectives. That vehicle was stopped by deputies on Lonestar Ranch Road a short distance away. Walker Milo was shot in the stomach and groin. According to documents Walker Milo had sent a friend a ping from his phone and asked to be picked up. That friend then notified Milo’s family who arrived on the scene. Walker Milo is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with a $100,000 bond. The investigation is continuing.
