On Monday, December 4, 2015, at approximately 11:00 AM, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division were dispatched to a report of an improper photography that had occurred at a business in the 1200 block of Lake Woodlands, Barnes and Noble Bookstore, in The Woodlands, Texas.
Upon Deputies arrival, it was reported by an employee that she had, on a prior date, witnessed an individual taking photos with his cell phone, while the phone was positioned under the complainant’s skirt. Deputies on location conducted an initial investigation and secure information that would later identify the suspect. Units with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Community Resource Team conducted a follow investigation, was able to identify the suspect, and was able to confirm that the accusations against the suspect had merit. Investigators were able to establish probable cause to secure an arrest warrant for the suspect in the case. The suspect was later arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
