Just before 3 am Saturday, Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constables arrested Lori Marie McGinn, 36, of 23086 Mills Road in Porter at a location in the 20600 block of Trinity Way. McGinn had two open warrants from Kenedy County, in South Texas, for the smuggling of persons. She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. McGinn is well known to Montgomery County law enforcement. In April of 2023, she was given time served (68 days) after she faced 5 counts of theft of a firearm. Four of those cases were dismissed in a plea deal along with her court costs waived. She was also given 5-year probation on another meth case at the same time. That was revoked on January 29, 2024, and she was sentenced to 2 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice with 105 days credit. She was released from TDCJ on August 9, 2024. This is the same woman who on January 24, 2019, was arrested for meth and given 45 days in the Montgomery County Jail.
