HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On Thursday, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Officer responded to the 11700 block of Powell Terrace Lane in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon making contact with the driver, he provided deputies with a false name.
After further investigation, he was positively identified as Bennett Walker, who had an open warrant for Assault of a Pregnant Person out of Harris County.
“Bennett Walker was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open felony warrant and charged with Failure to Identify-Fugitive,” Constable Mark Herman said.
