The person who was shooting at officers last night and again fired shots a short time ago on FM 2100.
The suspect has now fled the scene on FM 2100 and Hargraves and should be entering Montgomery County or Liberty County shortly.
The gold GMC Yukon which is stolen is driven by a Hispanic male. Approximately 17-21 years old.
