ATTEMPTED BURGLARY AT MIDDLE SCHOOL INJURES INTRUDER

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 31, 2020, the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable’s Office responded to an attempted burglary at Lynn Lucas Middle School, located at 1304 N Campbell St. Willis, Texas.
Upon arrival Precinct 1 Deputies observed two large windows to the cafeteria broken out. Deputies further observed what appeared to be blood on the ground below these windows.
Upon review of the security cameras located inside the cafeteria, deputies were able to observe that two light skin males breaking the windows. Both males had their head and face covered with what appears to be shirts as neither was wearing a shirt. One of the males appears to be wearing blue shorts and the other is wearing dark-colored pants.
One of the males may have severely cut their right arm while breaking the windows. There was a large about of blood found at the scene along with a blood-soaked towel and white ball cap. Deputies were able to follow the blood trail away from the scene but lost the trail about thirty (30) yards South of Coopers Creek and Old Hwy 75.
Suspect(s):
Two (2) light-skinned slender males approximately 5’6” to 6’0 foot tall.
