On January 31, 2018 the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department arrested Andrew Peters, 28, at 25710 Angela Drive in Magnolia after a short pursuit and him trying to fight officers. Peters has been known to the Magnolia area law enforcement for stealing vehicles and narcotics activity. Peters had a warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and after his arrest he will be receiving several more charges. Peters has been charged with 4 felonies and 1 misdemeanor A including 2 counts of unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 1 charge of Evading arrest and detention with a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, and possession of methamphetamine. Peters is currently in jail with a $25,000 bond and awaiting a bond hearing for the additional charges.
