BANDIT SIGNS TO BE ENFORCED IN PRECINCT 3

On August 22, 2015 Precinct Thee Commissioner and Constable’s office will be enforcing bandit signs within South Montgomery County area by removing unauthorized signs in the right-of-way. According to Texas law, a bandit sign is defined as a sign, display, light, device, figure, painting, drawing, message, plaque, poster, or other thing designed, intended, or used to advertise or inform. “It’s important to me to keep our right-of-way clear of bandit signs, they are unsightly and unwelcome in Precinct Three” said Commissioner James Noack. Please contact the Commissioner’s office at 281-367-3977 to report a bandit sign.
