FBI solicited the publics help in locating a white male that was involved in the robbery of First Convenience Bank inside the Kroger store in Humble on Monday. Video was released of the suspect.
Sunday afternoon Woodforest Bank in the Walmart store on SH105 in Cleveland was robbed by an actor that resembled Humbles robbery. The actor Sunday also drove a four door Dodge pickup with chrome wheels. He entered the store, went to the teller and presented a note demanding money and threatening death. He left with an undisclosed amount of money.
Monday evening as Cleveland Police Officer Young was on routine patrol he spotted the truck that matched the description of the Woodforest robbery and followed it. It was occupied by two males. He followed it to the new Shell station on US 59 just south of Cleveland. As the vehicle stopped the two males exited the vehicle. One fled on foot and the other ran into the store. With the help of Liberty County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Aguilar both were taken into custody.
Douglas James Millican age 47 of Porter was arrested on robbery charges, his companion in the vehicle is still being investigated.
