Bobbie Grubbs ahs been booked into the Montgomery County Jail this evening on a retaliation charge in Montgomery County, a Aggravated Robbery Charge out of Harris County and a Capital Murder charge out of Shelby County after he shot three people earlier Friday morning. Martha Soceredoi, 37 died from he injuries. Two other remain in stable condition in the small town of Joaquin in East Texas.
His vehicle was left behind as he stole one of the victims vehicles in which he was captured in along with Deedra Grubbs just after 2:30 p.m. Friday afternoon.
Additional charges are expected on Bobbie.
