BODY FOUND IN CONROE
Conroe Police were dispatched to a dead body near the railroad tracks just after 1 pm today. When they arrived on the scene a crew from a passing Union Pacific train showed them the body they spotted approximately twenty feet from the railroad track near the intersection of South Frazier and South Loop 336.  The victim is a male but is badly decomposed. Officials were not able to tell what race of the victim.
Law enforcement said it did not to appear that the victim had been hit by a train and with the body being nude are looking at other aspects. Chief Deputy Russell Reynolds said the location is very easy access to Interstate 45 feeder. He also said they will look into any missing person reports in the area.
Sparks Veasey, M.D., J.D who is the director of the Montgomery County Forensic Center also responded to the location.
Judge Trey Spikes ordered Eickenhorst Funeral Directors to transport the body to the Montgomery County Forensic Center.
