Just before 9 am Montgomery County Precinct 5 received a call for a dead body in a pond in the 700 block of High Meadow Ranch. Precinct 5 notified Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office who also responded. They arrived to find the body of a male in a large pond bordering several residential properties in this Magnolia Subdivision just off FM 1774. Montgomery County Detectives and Crime Scene spent most of the morning investigating. Montgomery County Justice of the Peace Matt Masden ordered Eickenhorst Funeral Directors to transport the victim to the Montgomery County Forensic Center. At this time the only information being released by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on Social Media is that the case is remains under investigation and will be updated.
