Just prior to 7:30 a.m. Sunday morning July 22, 2018 Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a “Welfare Check” in the 15000 block of Tram Road.
Upon their arrival they located the body of a 26 year old male in the ditch near the intersection of Pin Oak and Tram Road. The male was identified as Anthony Odell 09-19-91.
The property owner advised investigators that two females alerted the property owner of the man in the ditch and then left the scene prior to law enforcement’s arrival.
There were no obvious signs of trauma, and detectives are actively investigating this case. Judge Metts ordered an autopsy to be conducted to help investigators determine the cause of death.
