PRESS RELEASE BY LT. DAN NORRIS-MCSO-April 20, , District 6, The Woodlands Township Deputy Mike Uber and his K-9 partner
“Bowie” stopped a 2003 Infinity for a traffic violation in the 25700 block of Spring Creek Drive
after receiving a call about a suspicious vehicle. The deputy could smell marijuana coming from
within the vehicle and “Bowie” alerted to illegal drugs.
A search of vehicle yielded a total of 416 pills of Xanax, soma, hydrocodone along with
marijuana.
The driver was arrested and charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with
intent to deliver.
The vehicle will be subject to seizure.
