Branden Weaver lives on in our hearts

image

Branden Arthur Weaver (18) was born on April 3, 1997 to Alycia and Larry Weaver and went to rest with the angels above us on December 8, 2015 after fighting a long battle with heart failure. Branden received a heart transplant at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX. His time there was well spent touching the lives of many of the staff members and other patients. While in the hospital Branden made many friends.

In the short time Branden was here with us on earth he made a huge impact on several lives. Branden could light up a room with the flash of his pearly smile and twinkling eyes. He taught us to never let things get in your way of your dreams, to live life to the fullest every second of every day, to know that the life we’ve been given was a precious gift.

Branden enjoyed camping with friends and family and playing video games with his sisters, Valorye, Lilly and Kylie in his spare time. He was an awesome big brother and always kept his sisters weren’t in harm’s way.

Although his time here was short, Branden will be missed and remembered by many. Those whose lives he touched will forever be grateful for the time they were given to spend with such a fine young man. Though we are all grieving here for our loss, we rejoice because we know that Branden is no longer in pain and has a perfectly good heart.

John 16:22- So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again and your hearts will rejoice and no one will take your joy from you.

May you always rest in peace Branden, we’ve got it from here.
