According to Fire Dispatch, contact was made with the plane and whatever the crisis was, it has been averted! Firefighters responding to the airport are going back in service.
2:50 p.m.
A private plane with a pilot and passenger is having an emergency and is expected to attempt to land at Conroe Regional in less than 15 minutes. Firefighters are responding to runway 14 to standby in case they’re needed.
